Henderson Blake is a company with a dual personality: on the one hand it’s a business, and on the other it’s a learning environment. Our offices are laboratories for new ideas, innovations and improvement. Employees who want to learn another aspect of running the business can do so with the myriad of resources available to them. Just ask our HR manager who also happens to know a lot about digital media marketing, or our sales team members who know a thing or two about optimising websites.

Around here, we speak what’s on our mind: creative ideas are oftentimes spawned by spontaneous conversation. And around here, while we aim for perfection in everything we do, we learn equally from the things that don’t go as planned and improve upon them in the future. We are obsessive compulsive. We have a process for everything and if a new thing comes up, someone will create a process for it. This is how we know we are all on the same page at any given time and everybody is part of improving the business.

We believe in uncompromising customer service. When we say we’ll do something, we do it. We are polite, punctual, respectful, we manage expectations and we deliver projects on time. This is the way we deliver projects to our clients, and this is the way we treat our colleagues.
