A UNIQUE EMPLOYEE INCENTIVE PROGRAM
Henderson Blake designed HB2HK with the aim to have all employees geared up to hit revenue targets. As a reward when this is achieved, the company will fly all HB employees to Hong Kong for a 4-day, 3-night all-expense paid vacation. This program is only one of many ways HB applies efficiency by hitting several birds with one stone: employees who perform well are kept happy, and this in turn keeps the clients happy, and the whole synergy positively affects the HB business.

We are a young company. In fact, we have only been in the Philippines for 3 years as of 2011. But in this short time, we have achieved and surpassed everything we set out to do by the time we reach this point. As we grow as a business (and we’ve got pretty big plans) and as we set our sights on unprecedented milestones, we need to grow as a family. We are looking for some pretty remarkable people who are fun, creative and entrepreneurial with a never-say-die attitude.
